I'm Not Here 06:38
Spend a week in the sun, burned alive just for fun, leave a place in the dead of the street, try to find the me I'd like to meet. Breathe my breath and I'm golden, touch my chest and I'm broken. Feel the cuts deep inside my head, feel the wounds deep inside my bed. Lost the will for today, feeling so pulled away, cold my girl she will say under breath, cold my heart as I pray for death. Love has kept us blind, to the trenches warring inside. Every day I'm so scorched in heat, the burns torching me, my head to my feet. Spill my guts as I run, trying to please everyone, see the marks as they ignite my skin, see my flesh as I engage in sin. Roll up the sleeve and I'm fine, I'm feeling so good tonight, don't need to ask and don't need to know, blood drips down and I'm feeling whole. Hear my song, anyone, hear my song, I'm destroyed I can't live. Be my sun, anyone, feel my sun, in the heat I flourish. Hear my song, anyone, hear my song, I'm destroyed I can't live. Here comes my son. Brighter than anyone's. In the fire burning. I'm not here.

Dark Passage 04:44
Would you sell your soul, to try and put the past upon us. Would you take the road, that lead me to the place I found us. Would you burn the stake, if you saw my face upon it, do you have what it takes, to take the skin and rip across it. Do I hide myself, trying not to disturb the system, could I lead myself, to find a place of true resistance? There is no God, to keep the place as we found it, there is no Christ, to show us that we're bound to find it. There is a place, there is a road, I mapped out every space, I mapped out every node. I saw the scene, trash and homeless bleeding. I felt the rain, I could feel myself receeding. Would you take my own hands, and try to stop myself, would you lead me down to, the passage and wish me well. Here I am.
